When do boxes ship?
Boxes ship by the 5th of each month. To receive the next upcoming month's box, you'll need to place your order by the 25th of the month prior.
Can I skip a month or cancel?
Yes, if you are a month-to-month subscriber — you can skip or cancel anytime. Prepaid plans (3 + 12 month) lock in for the full term, so look at month-to-month if you want the flexibility to pause.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to the US.
What if I don't like something in my box?
We try our best to curate the best monthly coffee boxes possible during each season. We understand you may not always love everything in your box, but we try our best to accommodate our diverse clientele. We're always open to feedback or suggestions, so feel free to send us an email with your feedback!
What kinds of coffee will I get?
Our coffee comes from a small local roaster who purchases fair trade coffee beans from around the world. The blends and roasts will vary slightly but will always be crowd pleasers, 16 ounces, and delicious!
What if I don't want so much "stuff"?
We totally understand, and this is what makes our subscription boxes so appealing! You will not be constantly receiving cups, tumblers, mugs, etc. in your monthly boxes. Rather, we will make sure many monthly boxes contain expendable items such as candles and body scrubs that you can enjoy but will not fill up your cupboards for months or years.
Shipping is included, right?
Yes! No need to worry about getting an unwanted surprise when you check out.
Can I purchase the individual items?
At the moment, that option is not available, but it could change in the future.
